Virtus Pharma is a distribution company for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products.
Our work sits between two worlds that speak different languages. A manufacturer thinks in production batches, lead times and specifications. The market thinks in availability, demand and expiry dates. Distribution is the translation between the two, and that translation is either done carefully or not at all.
So we have built the work around the things that can be controlled: defined storage conditions, documentation that travels with every shipment, and one accountable person for each partner rather than a general mailbox.
